Eight minutes may not seem like much, but when you're targeting one muscle group for the entire time, your muscles will burn! Jaime Brenkus, a friendly and competent instructor, takes you through a steady eight-minute workout for the buttock muscles: squats, lunges, and a variety of butt-press moves. All are done using your body weight, no additional weights required. A nice effect is a timer counting down the seconds of the particular move and the minutes of the whole workout. As time-efficient as an eight-minute workout is, you might feel cheated spending your money on such a short routine, so they throw in a bonus workout: an eight-minute leg toner.
