On this mid-60's session - 1st time on CD - Chet performed masterfully on the flugelhorn in place of recently stolen trumpet, adding yet another texture to his arsenal of lyrical and subdued sounds. Featured on this album are Baker's vocals on 6 tracks as well as pianist Bob James and guitarist Kenny Burrell. 5 bonus tracks, including 2 previously unissued cuts, have been added to the original LP's selections!
