He was still making fine music, and attracting the cream of the young musicians. This set includes the Bean Blossom album, as well as eight other original MCA/Decca LPs. The Uncle Pen album, included here, is generally recognized as one of his all-time best. The 90 recordings on this set also feature the young lions of bluegrass music, like Marty Stuart, alongside veterans like Jim & Jesse and Kenny Baker.
