Brand new. Personally purchased it new from KB Toys on November 26, 1999. It does not have the KB Toys price tag. It does have both seals in tact. The box is in great condition. Slight wear on lower left front corner, a little paint has come off. Slight crease in top of the box. Both happened while in storage. Due to the collectible nature of the device, I cannot guarantee the device will function. The device is not replaceable and is out of warranty. Opening the box would decrease the value so testing is not possible. Buyer should understand that they are buying an original unopened product as a collectible and functionality is not guaranteed.
