With thinner materials like stain, it's easy to over-atomize or create a mist so fine that it's hard to control--especially when there's a slight breeze to contend with. Uneven spray control means uneven stain on your deck, fence, lattice, or woodworking project. Designed for use with Wagner's 168 Power Stainer, as well as Wagner's 220, 305 or 315 Power Painters, this stain tip prevents over-atomization, and is ideal for use with semi-transparent stains and clear sealers. The tip adjusts, depending on the thickness of the liquid being sprayed, to eliminate over-atomizing very thin materials resulting in better control and evenly stained decks. --Brian D. Olson
