That's Dancing (DVD)

Gene Kelly, Liza Minnelli, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Sammy Davis Jr., and Ray Bolger host this compilation of some of the greatest dance numbers in movie history. This engrossing documentary offers vignettes from the best of Warner Bros., RKO, 20th Century Fox, Universal, and United Artists. There are also highlights from the top musicals of the 1970s and 1980s. The hosts put the clips in their historical perspective, with one highlight being Ray Bolger's "wind" dance, which was cut from the final release print of The Wizard of Oz.
