Several concerts were recorded for Smokin' Joint but only the finest 100% unadulterated blues made the cut. In fact, most of the songs on the CD have never been recorded by Kim Wilson before. Rusty Zinn and Billy Flynn to add their fiery guitar playing to Kim Wilson's rich vocals and deep harmonica playing.
