The World Robattle Tournament is fast approaching and only the top three medafighters from each country advance to the Tournament. Guess who's on the list when the rankings are announced for Japan? The mysterious Space Medafighter X is ranked First; Koji and Sumilidon are ranked Second and to their surprise, Ikki and Metabee are ranked Third! If they can hold on to that ranking for a few days, they'll be representing Japan in the Tournament, but it's not going to be east with every Medafighter in Japan gunning for them. And the Rubberobo Gang isn't about to give up their plans for World Domination just because Ikki's got other things on his mind.
