What is a Galileo Bone? Italian astronomer Galileo Galilei used a bone to illustrate his theory about the strength of materials in proportion to their size. Nylabone took Galileo's studies and created the Galileo Bone. Designed for powerful chewers, Galileo Bones are molded from extra-tough nylon and annealed for even greater strength.
