(2 LPs on one CD) This is the definitive reissue of the Fabulous Wailer's first two albums originally issued on their own pioneering Etiquette label. These cornerstone LPs inspired the Sonics, the Ventures and the entire Northwest '60s rock renaissance. The live album captures the band at their base the Spanish Castle (their shows there inspired Spanish Castle Magic by Wailers' fan Jimi Hendrix). Both records feature some of the dirtiest white R&B ever laid down, and showcase the incredible guitar style of Rich Dangel. As well as some instrumentals, there are vocal cameos from Rockin' Robin Roberts, Kent Morrill, girl group the Marshans, and 15-year-old blue-eyed soulstress Gail Harris. 32 songs including several bonus tracks from rare singles, most of which have not been on CD.
