Hawaiian Umbrella Tree (Arboricola) Maybe the easiest of all Bonsai Trees to grow. Loves being inside or outside as long as it doesn't get too much sun, or too cold. Develops great looking exposed roots and multiple trunks. Great size for a desk or shelf. This tree's palm-like canopy has a great tropical feel to it. A few seashells and one of those drinks with an umbrella in it and you're at the beach. It has excellent realism like any good Bonsai should: a miature version of an age-old group of trees. These 5 year-old Bonsai trees stand 12-14 inches tall and come in a Land and Sea (sometimes called "Yin-Yang") ceramic Bonsai pot (shapes and colors may vary). This Bonsai has the classic shape of an age-old tree and although it grows slowly, and looks great right now, it will continue to develop for years to come.
