We prepare our Bloodroot Extract from the rhizome of Sanguinaria canadensis plants which are Certified Organically Grown in their natural forest habitat in eastern Kentucky. To assure optimal extraction of Bloodroot's bioactive compounds, the rhizome is hand-harvested in summer or autumn, is carefully shade-dried, and is then thoroughly extracted. Caution: Seek expert medical advice before taking during pregnancy. Do not take drops undiluted or exceed recommended dose. For external use only.
