This dishers is constructed of a fully color-coded polypropylene handle with component parts is made from stainless steel. Handle is ribbed surface and built-in stopper notch to prevent slippage. Handle equipped with Agion antimicrobial protection. Handle construction is a one-piece design with no crevices to collect water or bacteria. Bowl dimensions is exact to insure consistent capacities within 5 percent. Capacities must be clearly stamped on the top side of the gear rack for easy identification, disher number is stamped on the sweep. It is NSF certified. Available in No.20-size, 1-5/8-ounce capacity and yellow handle. Measures 1-5/8-inch width by 8-3/4-inch height.
