Wind & waterproof New Englander Polyurethane bonded to a woven backing to provide additional fabric strength. Heat-sealed seams throughout for added wind/rain protection. Generously cut to allow pants to be worn underneath. Grey stripe accent on pockets of black pant (no stripe accent on navy pants). Pockets feature snap closure and are specially designed to allow direct access to pants if worn underneath. Elasticized waist with shockcord drawstring.
