The cable features two 29 AWG stranded conductors and a drain wire, which are tinned to resist oxidation. The conductors and drain wire are wrapped with an aluminum foil shield to resist noise and prevent unwanted EMI/RFI interference. Fully molded nickel-plated connectors provide strain relief, and are color-coded PC-99 to match a computer speaker jack.
