Because women are not all built alike, the nipples come in 2 sizes. Small is 1 and 5/8 in diameter with a quarter inch projection and the Large is 2 and 1/8 in diameter with a three quarters of an inch projection. Easily attaches to any silicone breast form or to the skin. Made of the highest quality silicone.
