Brand new booklet. Edible Loose Gold leaf. These leaves sit between two pieces of paper that cover the front and the back of the leaf. These come in booklets. Our booklets contain 25 leaves (3-3/8"x3-3/8" / 85mmx85mm). The thickness is greater than 0.2 microns. Edible gold is used on and in gourmet foods, notably pastries and cocktails as a decorative ingredient. It is non-toxic and non-irritating when ingested. Also, edible gold has no expiration date.
