Grover and his pals teach children about the importance of healthy eating habits, getting plenty of rest, and exercising the body in this SESAME STREET release. The "Happy Healthy Monsters" television network is home to "Fuzzy, Blue and Healthy, Too", Grover's own fitness show. Watching the program alongside Elmo and Zoe, kids will learn that being healthy can also be fun. Special guests include Andy Richter, Wyclef Jean, India Arie, and Fred Willard.
