This foam 4 inch riser comes in a two piece package and measures 2 1/2 inches wide by two feet long. Risers are generally used with an incline starter to create varying grades for railroad track. This four incher will afford maximum elevation for a steep relief effect. Install risers wherever track will be laid. This raises the track level to the height of the risers, causing surrounding areas to be lower. You can quickly and easily make creeks and other low lying areas without cutting into the layout base.
