A light layer of Shine over any LIP INK Lip Stains creates a moist silky feeling while a more generous application transforms a matte finish into a high gloss shine. Shine Moisturizer is available in a variety of formulas including Matte Shine, Hyper Shine, Flavored Shine, Tinted Shines and more of which can all be layered together with LIP INK Lip Colors. This item is also available in bundled sets that include LIP INK's Lip Stain, OFF Cleanser and the Tinted Lip Shines. OFF cleanser removes all LIP INK products and exfoliates the lips while the moisturizers contain UVA/UVB full spectrum 30SPF equivalent, age-fighting anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals and moisturizers that hydrate, soothe, condition and protect your beautiful lips.
