The balsam is water based and will not damage your manicure. Characteristics: Moisturising ingredients like phytantriol, triethanolamine and allantoin nourish the cuticles. The unique balsam also contains duo-liposomes that have the ability to penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin where they function as a transport system, delivering ingredients to the deeper skin layers where they become active.
