Camerons Products wood chips are chemical free and ground to a consistency that gently smolders when ignited. That is why a little bit goes a long way. The wood chips are packed in resealable plastic containers for ease of storage and have indefinite shelf life if stored in dry conditions. Hickory wood is for the serious barbeque.
