He shows her what can be done with a bucket of paint, then surprises her even further when he turns out to actuall be independently wealthy. Karen - Karen has off and on dated the same man for many years. The two of them, however, have always claimed their relationship is based more on lust than love. In order to prove this, they begin to date other people, but they find that, after all, they are best off with each other.
