Fairy dust is a sparkly glitter with clear base that goes great when layering over other colors to add sparkle and pizzazz to any color, but not the kind of color that you'd want to wear by itself as the glitter is very fine and it'll take several coats for you to get a really good color. Long-wearing nail lacquer. Flexible and will not chip. Non-thickening formula no thinner required.
