The AcuRite Atomic Alarm Clock is radio-controlled to synchronize to the correct time broadcast by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Radio Station, WWVB, for split-second precision accuracy.

The clock automatically adjusts itself for Daylight Saving Time (DST). Features a programmable alarm with audible alert, bright blue momentary backlight, and large 3-inch by 5-inch LCD display area. The bold, easy to read LCD screen displays time, month, date, day of the week and indoor temperature.
