The Gyros Swivel Head Pin Vise is used for holding tiny drill bits, taps, reamers, cutters/routers, pins, scribing/etching needles, wire, screws, wooden polishing sticks.  It's uses are endless.  Two double-ended collets are conveniently stored in the barrel when not in use.
