This hot sauce is popular in Malaysia and it goes well with Thai food especially Thai pepper steak, or barbeque dishes such as Thai barbeque beef, Thai barbeque chicken or barbeque pork. We find this sauce to be refreshing and delicious, although it's very sweet with more of a "candy" flavor than a high heat chile flavor. It doesn't leave a harsh aftertaste and it's very versatile. No preservatives or artificial flavor, all natural.
