Their superior baking properties and straight-walled design result in uniform cake layers, which make layer cakes easier to stack and decorate with little or no trimming and shaping necessary. Available in 4 inch, 6 inch, 8 inch, 9 inch, 10 inch and 12 inch inside diameter sizes. Wall height is 2.4 inches which bakes beautifully tall layers. For ease of use, butter and flour pans prior to use, or use with parchment paper circles. Baking spray may also be used. Handwash to extend the life of the pan's nonstick coating. Approved for use with wood, silicone, and plastic utensils.
