TENA Super Briefs are the most absorbent fitted briefs (tab-style diapers) with a cloth-like exterior backing. They feature two refastenable grip hook tabs on each side and extra super-abssorbent polymers for heavy protection, even overnight. TENA Super Briefs have added absorbency for moderate to heavy incontinence and feature the InstaDri Skin-Caring System that employs new technology to help keep wearers drier and help maintain their skin integrity. A new transfer layer allows fluid to almost instantly enter the dual core and the Dry-Fast Dual Core technology wicks fluid away from the skin, trapping it into the lower core. Strategic placement of super-absorbent polymers improves fluid absorption where it's most needed.
