Tamiya LED lights designed for use with Tamiya TLU-01 Light Unit. 2 LED lights with 16" leads included. *Aaron's Workshop Notes: We installed a variety of these Tamiya LED lights on Tamiya RC BMW Z4, TT01 chassis car with excellent results. We use a combination of TLU-01 Light Unit (required for using Tamiya LED lights) and TLU-02 LED Control Unit (optional; connects to TLU-01). With the combination of TLU-01 and TLU-02, four modes (1. Off/daytime, 2. Position lights, 3. Headlights, and 4. Fog light) are possible by pressing the mode switch on the TLU-02 unit, and up to 16 LED lights of any combination can be installed (8 on each light control unit). With TLU-01 & 02 installed, our RC BMW Z4 came to life with headlights, turn signals, backup lights, and brake lights. As with many of Tamiya's electronic hop-up options, the manual can be difficult to understand, but it is adequate with careful reading. Please note that some listings indicate that each pack comes with 2x LED lights, and it means 2 LEDs on one wire/connector and not 2 sets of lights (4 LEDs). After you're able to get the LED lights properly set-up, it is really cool, enjoy!
