Specialising in rare and out-of-print material, M8 Distribution have re-issued a compelling blast of nostalgia. Philadelphia's Tell The Truth' ('84) surfaces here for the first time ever on CD with two bonus songs, along with two original radio promos. Though dated in sound, 'Tell The Truth' offers an authentic insight into the very best in '80s metal. Well-crafted and produced songs, inter­estingly arranged are the order of the day; with such superb (racks as the title cut, the hard-hitting speed metal of "Razor's Edge" and the epic "New Jerusalem". 'Tell The Truth' may not have stood the test of time, but neverthe­less stands as an intriguing snapshot in time.
