The Gitzo GLevel 2 Bubble Level is for use with Series 2 tripods such as the 1257, 1258, etc. It attaches to the base of the center column, and helps achieve a finer degree of leveling accuracy. This is especially helpful when photographing panaramics or where uneven ground could pose a problem.
