Pianist, bandleader and composer Bebo Valdés is a true legend of Cuban music. In 1960 he left Cuba for Mexico and eventually settled in Stockholm, Sweden after having played with the Lecuona Cuban Boys. This is a double CD of his solo piano playing recorded in Stockholm in 1998 with his son Rickard on timbales and also with the salsa band Hatuey on some tracks. Bebo is a multi-Grammy award winner.
