Nothing is trickier that flipping fish on the grill. The Charcoal Companion Triple Fish Basket with Rosewood Handle is the answer. The basket holds up to three fish and is made of heavy gauge non-stick coated metal. The two sides latch together to hold the fish securely. Grill on one side and when ready use the Rosewood Handles to flip the fish to grill the other side. Hangs by loop in handle for easy storage.
