Lobelia herb has been carefully tested by Nature's Way, the single herb expert. Lobelia, often called Asthma weed or Puke weed, has been used for centuries as a mild expectorant. Traditionally, lobelia was used as "Indian Tobacco" because the Native Americans used to smoke the herb (by doing this, they were able to treat asthma [hence the name "Asthma Weed]). Lobelia is rich in the essential mineral manganese as well as vitamins A and C. It is a great herb for loosening up accumulated phlegm.
