Gepetto is a senior master wood Carver. He lives in poverty. He receives a wooden block as a gift from his friend cherry who is a Carpenter. As he started to work on the piece of wood, it suddenly began to speak. Gepetto is excited about the wood and makes it into a wooden doll that he names Pinocchio.
