Alastair Sim is wonderfully droll as Scotland Yard's Inspector Cockrill, whose latest case has him stumped. A bomb, a hospital and a mailman are all parts of the puzzle he must put together in this jolly good mystery tale. Sally Gray, Trevor Howard and Leo Genn add deft support. 91 min.
