We don't like to play favourites, but there are a few people at Patak's who can't stop raving about our Brinjal. A unique & delicious sweet pickle, blending aubergines with authentic spices, it is one of those products that once you try you love. Seriously, give it a go and see what all the fuss is about. It tastes great with curry, or give it a go on a sandwich or with a salad or cold meats.
