Five early English films from the master, including "The Ring," "Manxman," "Murder," "Skin Game," and "Rich And Strange." The press release says these titles have been remastered, so that may place them ahead of the various public domain versions that have been circulating for years. The first two titles are silents, and these have been given newly recorded scores. Not a bad way for the uninitiated to explore Hitchcock's work before he came to America.
