A quick release allows you to quickly attach and remove a camera from the tripod. The Manfrotto RC4 attaches to any tripod giving you a great quick release system, just screw it onto the tripods current attaching screw. This is also great for Monopods too. A secondary safety system assures that your camera will not come off unexpectedly.
