LJ100 is a high quality standardized Tongkat Ali extract which contains 40% glycosaponins and 22% eurypeptides. Dosage: Women and those who are sensitive to herbs may take one capsule at least 20 minutes before breakfast. Others may require 2 caps 2 or 3 days in a row to notice the benefits.
