Steel shaft - Megapro® has never had a shaft break or strip out due to material defect. All parts are assembled with precision formed snap-fit components for the greatest durability. Bits are made of S2 modified steel and are great for corded or cordless drills. Rated at HRC 60±2. The end of the shaft serves as a 1/4" hex nut driver.
