Beet Sugar is derived from the refining of sugar beets. It contains 99.9% pure sucrose and isa suitable substitute for cane sugar in all recipes. Some people who are allergic to table sugar may be able to use beet sugar. NOW Foods also supplies other unique sweeteners that can be substituted for processed table sugar.
