When broke-but-lovable attorney Frank Hopper (Jon Bon Jovi) fills out a survey and jokingly claims he earns a million dollars a year, he's soon the proud owner of over 200 pre-approved credit cards. Racking up $300,000 in charges to finance his latest get-rich-quick scheme - an all-women's ice hockey league. But it's Frank who's put on ice when he's arrested for fraud. Deciding to take his own case, Frank ends up with a fool for a client in this outrageous credit card comedy without limits, co-starring David Faustino (TV's "Married..with Children"), Estella Warren (The Cooler) and Curtis Armstrong (Revenge of the Nerds).
