Designed for PWC (personal watercraft) trailer applications. Mounting bolt and locknut are included. 12 foot strap has hook sewn into the end, and also a 1" x 18" "loop" strap. Just thread the loop (narrow enough to fit) through the bow eye of your PWC, then double it back through the hook. Your machine is secured without any worry of damage or scratches to the fiberglass surface, since the hook itself doesn't come into contact with it.
