This musical Passover feast is hosted by Broadway star Theodore Bikel, with New York cantor David Levine, Yiddishist Harriet Chasia Segal, and the New England Conservatory. Crafted by artistic director Hankus Netsky, the film includes sacred traditional music and favorite Passover drinking songs, silly seder songs in homespun and concert versions, with commentary by humorist Moshe Waldoks and a demonstration of the perfect matzo ball.
