Finely detailed 1/48 scale model kit of the World War II German medium tank Panzerkampfwagen ("Armored Fighting Vehicle") III, commonly known as Panzer III. More widely used by Germany during early campaigns in Poland, France, the Soviet Union and North Africa, the Panzer IIIs soon became outdated and were replaced by the more powerful Panzer IVs.
