Tiptree's Black Currant preserve is made with just Black currants and sugar. Black currants are a small round fruit reputed to be high in vitamin C. The Black Currants are grown on the Tiptree farm in England. This preserve is delicious served on Crumpets with cream or as a filing in cakes or pies.
