New Graduated Ring Mandrel. This is a new graduated ring mandrel. Has sizes 1 to 15 in 1/4 size increments. Calibrated for accuracy. Precision ground to 0.0015". It measures approximately 12 1/2" (31.7 cm) long. We work hard to update our descriptions and pictures of our merchandise.
