A little goes a long way. The chips are packed in a 5 quart resealable container for ease of storage and have an infinite shelf life if stored in dry conditions. Bourbon soaked oak infuses gentle bourbon flavor into the wood chips. Great for ribs, brisket and other red meats or with venison. The chips are ground finely, as they are to be used with indoor cookers.
